Product information "Swallow Pin 7"
Specifications:
Cover width: 220 mm
Pin thickness: 4.0 mm
Pin total length: 270 mm
Thread: 30 mm
Material: 1.4301 stainless steel
Assembly:
Clean the substrate, then attach the stainless steel pins at a distance of about 1.5 meters.
Mounting the wires (one spring and 2 sleeves are mounted per section) Cut the stainless steel cable to the appropriate length with a reserve of approx. 20-25 cm.
1.
On the pin without spring: The stainless steel cable is passed through the sleeve and then through the hole on the pin. The rope is then pulled through the sleeve again and the resulting loop is tightened to the pin. Crush the sleeve with the clamping pliers – to be on the safe side, squeeze in two places.
2.
On the spring: Hook the spring to the pin of the next holder, pull the other side of the rope through the sleeve, then pass it through the other eye of the spring and through the sleeve again. Tighten the end of the rope to tension the spring, push the sleeve forward to the pin, hold on and squeeze the sleeve twice. Pinch off the rest of the rope immediately behind the sleeve.
In order to ensure the best possible protection, stainless steel cables with a diameter of 0.54 mm must be tensioned at intervals of approx. 5-7 cm, parallel to each other (e.g. at a depth of 10 cm, at least 2 parallel wires should be tensioned)
